So, this whole process was completely new to me, and I had virtually no vehicle credit history. The ride share costs have really gone up because of the oil economy and what not, so it was very difficult to provide a sizeable down payment with what I'd be paying the few weeks prior. Ms. Goodfellow got me into situation where I was able to build my finance credit, where I didn't have need to give a payment for 30 days, and where I was still able to get warranty coverage for a 2020 Jetta, which I'm a huge fan of. And, the payments are far more doable that what I was paying for ride And, she personally delivered my vehicle from Dallas, TX to Haltom City, TX at my complex. She handheld me through the entire process and was willing to text, e-mail, or call me around me schedule to accommodate.
