Well the first time i went to Marino i have a bad experience, i talk to a guy name Jonathan, he started working on my credit but I guess my credit it didn’t look so good for him so He barely answer a experience, i talk to a guy name Jonathan, he started working on my credit but I guess my credit it didn’t look so good for him so He barely answer any of my questions, and some point he ignored my calls and text… after couple days waiting a answer from Jonathan i call Marino back and i ask to speak with a manager or supervisor… so after couple calls finally someone call me and explain the i didn’t have enough credit that was why I didn’t get the truck I wanted it. Well after couple weeks and checking few other dealers…, had another bad experience with napleton’s Arlington highs… i find out why my credit wasn’t good enough. So after i pay a loan i had at the moment i went BACK TO MARINO CJD, i ask to speak with Jose Cadena, I explain him my situation and he took the time to work with my credit. He act super professional, the way a sales person is supposed to be. The next day i was driving my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Thank you Jose and thank you MARINO CJD. More
