All I can say is Wow! I have leased cars here previously, and my experience this time hit it out of the park. Chris Scarlett was my salesperson, he was instrumental in helping me acquire my 8th previously, and my experience this time hit it out of the park. Chris Scarlett was my salesperson, he was instrumental in helping me acquire my 8th Subaru. He was friendly and helpful from the time I received the appointment confirmation. Chris is knowledgeable and anticipated all my needs. The sales process was smooth and easy. I absolutely LOVE my new 2020 Forester! Teddy was great and helped with the payment and lease length. Everyone was super friendly. I received a nice Subaru keyfob, travel coffee mug, pens, and a USB drive with my favorite jazz artists! It was a pleasure from start to finish. More

They took a task that I often dread and made it such a wonderful experience. The entire process was quick once I found the car I wanted. The larger details, like price, were a breeze. I didn't have to haggle to get the payment or rate that I was comfortable with...I knew what I could afford and Sam wasn't going to waste my time showing me a vehicle that didn't fit my budget. He was very informative during my test drive and really knows his cars...not just how to sell them! What also made this experience so great were all of the smaller details that Sam and Teddy took care of. Everything from having my settings already in the car when I picked it up to a USB drive with music. Each and every person that I interacted with at Garavel were genuinely nice to their core. I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me and I will continue to recommend that every one of my family and friends go to Garavel. More

Although she just started there not to long ago, she made my experience at the dealership an enjoyable one. She did an excellent job in handling everything, including getting all the insurance info at the eleventh hour because my insurance company never contacted her. She was very friendly and never was pushy to make the sale. I would definitely recommend her to any of my family or friends if they’re interested in purchasing/leasing a Subaru. Thank you for everything Cristina! Sakes manager Ted was also great to work with. He made sure to have my Outback arrive 10 days earlier than it was to originally arrive. My SUV broke down and I didn’t have another vehicle to drive. Ted was very honest as to how much money I should put down on the vehicle, so to save more money in my pocket. Thank you Ted! I was SO happily surprised to see Teddy had co I leased a Subaru crosstrek previously from another dealer but came here to trade in and get a new one. I was SO happily surprised to see Teddy had come to this dealership (as he was the best part of the previous dealer i dealt with). Evelyn was the salesperson we worked with and she was FANTASTIC! Admittedly, I was probably a little more indecisive than the average customer but both Evelyn and Teddy worked with us until I was satisfied. They both went above and beyond in customer service, doing extra work to find the best deals, calling insurance companies with me, and making it feel like a fun and memorable experience. Paperwork is usually the most tedious part of the day but Tom made it fast, easy, and enjoyable. I will highly recommend this dealership to everyone and especially mention Evelyn and Teddy!
