No help from this dealership after you buy the car! I thought the sales experience was alright but I did feel rushed to make the deal, in fact I was made to stay until 10:45 P.M. to complete the deal. The very next day I noticed 3 issues with the car and called and left 2 messages and even texted the salesman, no call back. The following day I went down on a Sat. and talked to 2 salesman and service, which I was told there was nothing they can do at this time to call on Monday. So I called Monday 3 more times and got no result, now after spending 4 days I tried to call Nissan about the extra warranty I purchased and was told there is nothing on file. I now have to go to another dealer to try and get help to fix what should have been fixed 5 days ago. Also I still have not received a call back from the salesman who sold me the car or the other people I left messages with to at least try and fix this issue. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I had a lot of negative equity in the car I was trading, but Laz, and Simon worked their magic and promised they would find a deal and financing for my situation. I am truly impressed because other dealerships gave up and could not find a solution for me. So I'm thankful to both of them and any others who worked to make the deal happen. I traveled two hours from home to get my car. Then, I walked into the dealership...and Teddy was pleasant, friendly and truly a gem. He had my sparkly new car on showcase, just waiting for me.
