After two miserable experiences at other dealerships I gave Halleen a try. My mom purchased two cars from them and my husband purchased one as well. My car had to be delivered but it came in less than a week (I saw a review below that’s just silly - with the chip shortage of course there can be a wait time). Although it wasn’t ready at the dealership Teddy offered to deliver it himself which is going above and beyond. I really appreciated it. I’m so grateful for the painless experience at Halleen. I love Kias and plan to always stick with them. Thank you thank you. More

Had a wonderful experience at Halleen Kia. I went to 5 different dealerships in the area before going to Halleen and wish I would have made the 40 min drive first! They were the only dealership to have th different dealerships in the area before going to Halleen and wish I would have made the 40 min drive first! They were the only dealership to have the Kia Carnival to even look at. They were also able to give me exact dates, trim levels, and details of when they would get more of that car at the dealership to look at. Due to the high demand and them not having the trim/color I wanted, they were able to help me order direct from the manufacturer. I was in no hurry and was willing to wait for the exact car I wanted. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me on something else just to make a sale. They knew that was what I wanted and truly just wanted to help get me the car I was looking for. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. The best part is that they are also not price gouging their customers and charging over MSRP. I got the exact car I wanted at the price I was wanting to pay. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. This is my first Kia and I don't think it will be my last. They have gained a lifetime customer. My salesperson Teddy was a great help and made me feel more than comfortable. Steve from financing was wonder and really explained everything clearly to where I had no questions or concerns once I signed the paperwork. Love my new car and am so thankful I found this dealership!! More
