This dealership had the vehicles we wanted to test drive and were very knowledgeable about them. The only complaint I have is my wife and I enjoy going on test drives alone and they had no snacks for custom and were very knowledgeable about them. I had a 10:00 appointment for a simple oil change. I left at 12:15. They said 1 hour max. Not true at all. No updates for their delay. Just ignored. I was told we are busy today. I had an appointment. I left at 12:15. They said 1 hour max. Not true at all. No updates for their delay. Just ignored. I was told we are busy today. I had an appointment. Then they were going to charge me when it was the free one offered for just buying the car. They said my car was a rental. Not true. They had to recheck with the salesperson and did drop the few as I was right. My confidence in this place was gone. I could have read how to change my oil and done it on my own in half the time it took them. I will never go back. There are much better dealers in the area. More
