Upon my arrival I was greeted by Ted from the sales team. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and very chill during the whole process. He let me go for a test drive on my own which I appreciated very much. No tricks. They presented me the numbers we agreed upon. I bought my car the same day. Steven made the finance experience quick and painless. Total time on site was a little over two hours including the test drive. I picked the car up three days later. It was clean and ready to go. Jessica was kind enough to give me a walkthrough of the tech and was very informed on the app setup process. Overall, this was easily my best car buying experience. I highly recommend them especially if you can agree on a price you are comfortable with before you go in. More

The second key was that the management: they were able to meet us at our price level, again, through a normal negotiation process, without pressuring us. The third key was dealing with their business account person, Steven, who in a very low key and professional manner guided us through the financing process, not pushing all the ad-ons, which would have added considerably to the final price, while at the same time, offering evidence and reasons why to get a certain add-on (we did in the end). A good experience overall. More
