The second key was that the management: they were able to meet us at our price level, again, through a normal negotiation process, without pressuring us. The third key was dealing with their business account person, Steven, who in a very low key and professional manner guided us through the financing process, not pushing all the ad-ons, which would have added considerably to the final price, while at the same time, offering evidence and reasons why to get a certain add-on (we did in the end). A good experience overall. More
