Taylor is the best cars sells rep I've ever met. I did not feel harassed or rushed like I have been at other locations prior to going to this location. He was knowledgeable on all the questions my f I did not feel harassed or rushed like I have been at other locations prior to going to this location. He was knowledgeable on all the questions my fiancé and I had on the vehicle. Other reps at other locations were sweating perfusely through their clothes. It was nasty. I can tell Byers Toyota cares about their employees. Comfort is very important for everyone to hear the dress code is not strict with only buisness professional. I knew I was in a good spot. With the heat we have been going through seeing him wearing comfortable summer clothes made me feel at ease as I can tell he was comfortable and there to help me out with my purchase I was going to make. I love my vehicle. I greatly appreciate Taylor's time helping me out. I will be in touch when I'm looking for the next vehicle. Thank you! More

We bought our 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum sight unseen because we did not have time to make the three and one half hour one way trip to Byers Toyota. The sight unseen thing was high risk and highly unlike because we did not have time to make the three and one half hour one way trip to Byers Toyota. The sight unseen thing was high risk and highly unlike anything we would ever do until we had the pleasure of working with Jordan Tremayne and Taylor Young. These two guys were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Jordan and Taylor made the experience a very good one that took much of the anxiety out of the process. Great buying experience. Taylor was excellent - providing all presale car details and history. Upon arrival he was very quick, knowledgeable on the car specs.
