I have been around the car industry for as long as I can remember. It has been kind of a family business. I grew up in Maple Grove MN where on my 16th birthday I began working at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Pontiac at the time. I worked there doing a variety of rolls until July of 2012 where I transferred to Luther John Hirschs Cambridge Motors and began my Service Advisor position. I now live in Cambridge MN with my family and our puppies.. I love the fast pace of the car industry but the service department in particular. Every day is something new and I enjoy being kept on my toes.

My son and I bought a car at this dealership. Since I have bought 7 other cars from other Luther locations and never ad an issue. I feel bad because I told him about my previous experiences with Luther Dealerships. The car had a noise when we test drive. We went back and told the sales person. He advised that sometimes cars make noises because they are in the lot for a while. We tried to replicate the issue with the sales person and could not. Within 1 day of buying the car the noise came back and it got louder. My son went back 3 times during his days off and their crapy servie team change some parts (allegedly) however the noise kept coming back. Now 30 days after the purchase of the car. Today October 2nd 2023 they said is nothing they can do. The GM of the store advised my son that if the noise bothers him to turn up the volume. My advise to the GM is you will hear more complaints from this customer. If you do not want to hear the complaints turn on up the volume also. I can tell you I will never step in that dealership to buy a car. I am loging BBB complaint and with Minnesota Attorney Geeral. Something tells me that they have some other issues that other people complaints. However is reading this, do not walk away, run away from this DEALERSHIP if they can call themselves that! More
