We chose a used car at the dealership and provided all of our information so that we could pick up the car and a prearranged time. When we arrived, the car was not even on the lot and in fact had been loaned our information so that we could pick up the car and a prearranged time. When we expressed our disappointment to the general manager, he showed no remorse whatsoever and in fact ask very challenging questions.
