I started to email Taylor about the purchase when I was out of the country 2 months ago. I was in the other side of earth , but Taylor was willing to help me out and make my purchase go smooth. I was unavailable to pick my new car until this Saturday (05/16), because I need my boyfriend drop me off at Walters and another car back to Irvine. Taylor was kindly to pick me up at Irvine on the Thursday, so I could get my Macan earlier. This has been the best car buying experience I ever had in the U.S. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Taylor to anyone who consider Porsche in southern California. More

With a free afternoon, we went to Walter's Porsche and hit the jackpot. Easy location to get to and a bigger selection than all of Utah and Idaho together. Taylor Ferguson, Tony Nguyen and the other staff were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable - the best! We test drove half a dozen cars - each with their own personality. We came back the next day, and then on the third day we pulled the trigger on a beautiful Anthracite Brown Carrera S. Given our travel plans, we agreed to buy the car but had to finish the paperwork long distance over the next few days. The staff were very helpful walking me through the paperwork and arranging transportation to me. It arrived without a hitch. Courteous & professional staff. Great selection. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Walter's Porsche . Oh - I've gotten nothing but compliments on the car! Folks will just walk up and ask me about the car - a great conversation starter. Not to mention its a fantastic drive! Puts a smile on my face. More

Best car buying experience 3 days ago, I called Walters Porsche and made an offer for a Mecan S with Taylor Ferguson, 5 minutes later, I accepted their counter offer, it was fa 3 days ago, I called Walters Porsche and made an offer for a Mecan S with Taylor Ferguson, 5 minutes later, I accepted their counter offer, it was fair and reasonable, the whole process was so pleasant and efficient.The next day, I picked up the car and even trade in my Audi Q5. Paper work took about 20 minutes and after that Taylor spent an hour going thru the new car , he was patient and answered all our questions. I live near the Pasadena area and this will be my third Porsche and this has been the best car buying experience I ever had. They returned our frequent calls and emails quickly. The finance representative explained things well. The entire experience to date as been noteworthy in its quality and absence of " buy this today" hassle attitude exhibited at other dealerships. As well, everyone we meet showed an interest in helping us. We presented Taylor with a long list of questions to ask about the Macan we found on the Macanforum and he answered all of them, including setting up the information center to our needs. We had gone to three other dealerships prior to Walter's and found each of these had sales people who didn't care or wanted to up the price. My wife and I were pleased, a little nervous as the vehicle was expensive for us, and left "unafraid" to return for service or ask additional questions. More

He kept me posted all the time during the whole process from the time my car in production, trucking and even take good pictures for me when my car arrived at the dealer. I sent an email a week before and Tim Churchill got back to immediately. I made an appointment for Saturday February 28th at 1pm and Taylor Ferguson helped me with the test drive. He answered all my questions and did an EXCELLENT job going over the features of the car. I think in less than 30 minutes we had agreed in the purchase price and I was owner of Cayman. Taylor did an amazing job and got me out of the dealer in less than 1:30 mins. It took this long because they detail the car for me. I bought my previous 911 turbo at Walter's as well. They always seem to have amazing low mileage pre-owned cars at the best prices and friendliest service in Southern California. This time I met Taylor Ferguson and enjoyed talking to him tremendously about the turbo S. Taylor is very knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles and a super nice person to work with. He was very professional, courteous and the entire sales process was without pressure, just wonderful. I can't recommend Taylor and the entire team at Walter's enough. They are super knowledgeable, down to earth, great to work with and their cars are much better priced then anywhere else in SoCal. By miles the best experience at any dealership anywhere as long as I have bought cars. I felt that the information presented was very informative and helped greatly when making a final decision. Frank Avena and Taylor Ferguson did an outstanding job with the final purchase and everything was very smooth wrapping up the paperwork. Giovanni Bucci was also very helpful with some follow-up questions a day or two after driving off the lot with a fun Porsche 911 that we are enjoying every day.
