Giovanni, Taylor, and Dyana were very accommodating and put me at ease. When I arrived, the car was ready as promised and they worked with me to promptly address minor issues with the car. The entire deal went very smooth; there were no surprises and our car was delivered like a new vehicle. Giovanni in particular was very responsive and helpful. He was very upfront with me and I never felt hard pressed. I can easily recommend them to others who are looking for a Porsche. More

I spoke with Taylor about the car and my trade (which also came from Walters years ago) and I decided to make the drive to southern California. Taylor was off the day I went in, but Giovanni Bucci took good care of me. Everyone I met from Ed McRae, the GM, to Giovanni and and Jay Baik in finance were great to work with. Once we agreed on a deal Jay made all the paperwork easy and I got a great price on the car I was buying as well as good value for my trade. I thought it was great that Giovanni followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was as I expected. Definitely worth the 400 mile drive each way and I'll be back the next time I need a car. More

The way car buying should be . . . Posting customer feedback is not something I normally take the time to do, but I feel compelled to write after unsuccessfully trying to get an allocat Posting customer feedback is not something I normally take the time to do, but I feel compelled to write after unsuccessfully trying to get an allocation on a high demand/limited production car from other Porsche dealers in Orange and Los Angeles counties, only to have Walter's Porsche secure a car for me. The whole buying experience - from initially getting an allocation, placing a deposit, specifying the build of the car, tracking the status of the car over a period of months as it was being built, and ultimately taking delivery - was wonderful. I worked most closely with Taylor Ferguson and because of the special nature of my car, it took close to a year before the car arrived. Therefore, I had a chance to work very closely with Taylor over this extended period of time and was constantly impressed with his professionalism. He was always very prompt in responding to my calls, emails and texts. Not once did I ever have to "hound" him to get a response or to get information on the status of my car. Because of certain options I ordered on my car which were in limited supply, Taylor had to constantly stay abreast of parts availability which required that he monitor internal Porsche communications and memos so as to be able to best advise me on the timing of my order. What I'm trying to convey is that mine was not your ordinary car buying experience where you walk in, see something you like on the showroom floor, and drive it off the lot. Taylor had to really work for this sale to make it happen and he did so in the most courteous and friendly manner possible. If you're as anal about your cars as I am, and if you plan to order a car to your specific build, I highly suggest you seek out Taylor's assistance. I certainly plan to do so when I'm in the market for my next car. Finally, let me say that there is a certain "attitude" you get at many So Cal Porsche dealers -- those that have shopped and bought Porsches in the past know exactly what I'm talking about. How refreshing not to experience any of that "attitude" at Walter's Porsche. In my case there was no game playing, no shenanigans, no broken promises, and no phony-baloney platitudes - just straight talk, professional service, and friendly folks. I could be wrong on this, but I'm guessing because of this dealer's location they feel they have to try a little harder, be a little more customer-centric, and go the extra mile to earn your business. I certainly got that sense from Taylor and Tony Nguyen in Sales, Filomena Gina Powers in Finance, and Richard Dorman in the Parts Department. More
