On our first visit to Riverside Porsche (forever Walters Porsche in our minds), we were greeted by Christian Vidal. He was so patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We learned so much. On our next visit, Christian had the day off but we were well taken care of by Taylor Ferguson. He was also extremely helpful in helping us understand the options we thought we wanted and determining if they were or would soon be available at Riverside Porsche. A few days later, we finally had it all together and knew exactly what we wanted. Taylor recognized us and greeted us from all the way across the lot. Neither Christian nor Taylor were ever "pushy" or gave us the impression of being "rushed." They just waited for our questions and answered them expertly. Isn't that what you want when you visit a dealership? And it didn't end there! Taylor's appoach to handling my questions/concerns, along with his experience with this perticular vehicle made it easy for me to make my choice and fly out to close the deal. The second time we visited to purchase we were greeted in the same respectful fashion and were assisted by Taylor Ferguson and also walked out with a gorgeous new car. Both of these gentlemen make a great a team. They both have strong knowledge of their inventory and what is available on the market. This allowed them to save us time and present us with exceptional options that we ourselves otherwise would not have considered. Also, we never felt like we were being “handled” at any point. They made the entire experience comfortable by being patient with our numerous questions and mainting a friendly yet professional demeanor. Their salesmanship and skills weighed heavily in on our choice to purchase. Also, we would like to thank Jeremy Bishop for guiding us through the finance/paperwork portion.
