I was recently in a hit and run car accident and my 2008 Honda Accord (which I owned and had new tires) was totaled. The decision to look for another Honda was simple but where to find one? The previous Honda dealership was pushy, rude, and adamant that we purchase GAP insurance. That was a horrible experience that I was not looking to go through again. After countless hours of searching, my husband found a pre-owned 2009 Honda Accord advertised at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Using the the email option to correspond with a sales person; Nolan was lucky enough to work with us :) His follow up was not pushy or annoying. Customer Service also followed up with us to ensure that Nolan had made contact. Each time we arrived at Honda (4 times in all), Nolan and Tony greeted us by name. Both were always friendly and never pushy. Although we tried to negotiate any even lower price that what we finally agreed on, we did feel they offered us a fair price. Tari completed the sale with the paperwork and explained our warranty options in a polite, pressure free manner. Overall, purchasing a car at Honda cars of Bellevue was an extremely enjoyable experience. All Honda dealerships are not the same. Not all Honda dealerships are the same. If you are looking for vehicle I would recommend Nolan, Tony and Tari at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Worth the drive! More

I was looking to get out of a pretty nasty loan on a ve I cannot say enough good things about Honda Cars of Bellevue and the staff that I worked with. I was looking to get out of a pretty nasty loan on a vehicle I purchased a year and a half prior, and it seemed that I was going to be stuck. I realized buying or leasing new was going to be my best bet to get out of my predicament, and I knew just what I wanted. I went in to Honda that night, and Steve and David were incredibly helpful, and actually listened to what I wanted in a car and what I needed out of financing. Since it was too late in the evening to complete the deal with the bank, I was told the business manager, Tari, would call me the next day. When she called and let me know that the original deal we had agreed upon wouldn't work for the bank, she immediately offered an alternative. Not 10 minutes after I agreed to it she called me back with numbers on that deal, and told me that, if I wanted, she would have the paperwork ready when I got off work. I was able to go in and sign the papers and pick up my car within just a few hours of that phone call. Tari and David explained the contract and the vehicle in detail and made sure I actually understood what I needed to understand. Tari even helped me with the documents needed to cancel my GAP insurance and Extended Warranty on my previous vehicle so I could receive the refunds to which I am entitled. I am so relieved to be out of the situation I was in and into the car I've wanted for years. Steve, David, and Tari made it possible, and I cannot thank them enough. I would recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue to anyone, any time. More

We chose Honda of Bellevue for it selection of Honda cars. We went in not buying a car in over 9 years and was a little worried about the whole car buying experience. David did a great job of hearing about what we wanted from the type of car to the monthly amount we wanted to pay. To be honest we were willing to just go and walk away first without buying anything. We were surprised to have a comforting experience and left with the car of our dreams. We are still freaking out about the fact that we bought a brand new car. Our daughter even enjoyed the experience of helping pick out the color and making sure that it was comfortable enough for her. I just enjoyed being able to listen to Pandora from my phone and jamming to the music. Thank you so much for making the buying process so stress free.
