I brought my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change & tire rotation and James in Service was very efficient. Rich answered all my questions patiently and made the transaction very pleasant. Tara Mullins explained the functions of the Crosstrek in detail and told me to call her anytime if I have any problems figuring out the info system. I had never driven or owned a Subaru, and really didn’t think I’d buy one. But Fred listened to what I already knew I wanted and helped me to find the best deal possible. No xx. Fred was even gracious enough to pick me up from Enterprise and drive me to the dealership on the day of pickup. And Tara Mullins showed me how to use all of the tech in my new vehicle (I was previously in a 2015 Toyota Camry) and patiently answered all my questions.
