Being my daughter’s first experience buying a new car, Mark took his time to show her comparable models, explained the differences, and was not pushy. Lexus IS all about customer service which is unusual any more in retail . I like how Gabe , the manager looks at you in the eyes and gives you a handshake each time you step in. Tammy took the time to show me all the electronics in the car.. set up my phone, garage opener .. and invited me back for more tutorials . I do recommend Tammy and this Akron Lexus dealership and have encouraged my car buying friends to look Into Lexus . More
