Taher Fares was honest, upfront with the cost and prices that as a independent woman made me feel very comfortable working with him on my purchase. I even made an exception on the color of the vehicle because of how easy and comfortable he made me feel. Robert Glandon was extremely helpful on the financing piece and l felt he was someone that goes to bat to get the best deal for the customer. These are very important qualities that all car dealership's need to have. Making the customer feel comfortable and that they were given an honest deal with their purchase. More

We LOVE Tynan's Nissan Aurora After shopping around for AWD SUV's, we determined that the Nissan Pathfinder was the best fit.. It has all of the features that we were looking for, and the price was just within our budget. Now, all we needed to do was to find the exterior and interior color combination as well s the options that we wanted. After shopping at other Nissan dealerships, we were getting ready to settle for something in stock. However, after calling Tynan's Nissan Aurora, we were told that they could LOCATE the EXACT vehicle we wanted, have it shipped to their dealership, and have the vehicle ready for delivery with 10 days. And that is what happened. We are so very glad that we waited. What a difference to get EXACTLY what you want. And the PROFESSIONALISM that sales manager Jordan Michaud exhibited was extraordinary. What a pleasure it was dealing with him. He made promises, and he delivered. The dealership should be very proud of its staff.
