Travis does an exceptional job in the service dept. I have worked with him for several years when scheduling service or inquiring about the service process. I only trust Herlong with my Camaro. I drive past 2 Chevrolet dealerships just to get my service done at Herlong. I have had a recent bump in a service protocol with my car being washed but my Camaro is always detailed but Travis worked out my concerns and noted my file providing quality customer care as usual .
