She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was never pushy or dismissive. She just laid out all the facts for me to make an informed decision, and I appreciated that. She was patient and always had a positive attitude. Unlike other salespersons at other dealerships, she kept me informed and didn't blow me off. I could call/text her for the status, and she quickly updated me. She never tried to hide anything or make promises she couldn't keep. I was very pleased to finally find a dealership, Findlay Toyota, quick and professional fr a day or more after you have said, yes! (doing paperwork). With my purchase I wanted to keep my old wheels (mags) and the service department was just as quick and professional getting this task done and at no cost. It honestly only took 15 mins in their finance dept. All in all from the saleman, John Gartrell with help from Iman, TJ and Jordan in service dept it was a pleasant change from past experiences.
