She was the first to respond to requests sent to multiple dealers for pricing on a Honda Civic EX. She followed up with another e-mail to ensure I received her price quote and to ensure it contained everything I was looking for. She worked with me over the phone when I called her on her day off to go over pricing and answer all my questions. Her offer was the best among three dealers and included MSRP, discount price, incentives and dealer fee all broken out. There were no hidden costs or changes upon our arrival. Valuation for our trade and financing was quick an simple, and there was no pressure to buy add-ons. I had expected a little more for my trade, but considering the difference between Bommarito and other dealer's offers, the overall savings was still better than the other offers. If you need a new Honda, I would definitely recommend working with Sue Doyle at Bommarito Honda. Bommarito Honda also provides other free services to include two year no cost maintenance services, free lifetime car washes, and other benefits that are not provided by other dealers for free. They also provide express maintenance services that do not require an appointment. More

She quot I contacted Sue Doyle on the internet to see what Bommarito's prices were for the Odyssey EX-L and that i had prices from some other dealers. She quoted me a price that was much better than any of the other dealers and Bommarito had the color and model I wanted in stock. We set up a time for my wife and I to come by the dealership. I have to commend her sales approach which was low pressure and this put my wife and myself at ease. Once we reached a deal Sue was very thorough in explaining all the features of the van and even programmed our cell phones into the van's bluetooth system. I would certainly be happy to recommend Bommarito Honda and Sue Doyle to anyone in the market for Honda products. More

Most dealerships wanted me to come there before they would give me any pricing information. Sue Doyle gave me the exact information that I requested promptly. We spent a Saturday afternoon test driving and meeting with Sue. We ended up driving home that day with our first Honda. I emailed her with a question that night after the dealership was closed and I received an immediate response from her. We will definitely recommend Sue to our friends and family. Josh was also wonderful to work with in the Finance Dept. The service area is beautiful & clean (I never thought I would ever say that about a Service wait area). The Service technician, Jake, was so polite and attentive when I had my new car there the following week to get some options added. Free bottled water, Starbucks coffee and ice cream! More
