This is the 4th car we have purchased at this dealership (3 from Steven Salidas) and we have always been very satisfied! There are never any of those uncomfortable high pressure sales tactics that we encou (3 from Steven Salidas) and we have always been very satisfied! There are never any of those uncomfortable high pressure sales tactics that we encountered before we bought our first Toyota.Steven was always respectful of our budget while making sure we got what we needed at the best price possible! The "finance guy," Todd is always great too as are the guys in the service department. We are definitely a Toyota family (we have bought 4 Corollas, a Yaris and a Camry) and plan to stay that way. I feel that Elmhurst Toyota has a lot to do with that because they treat us like friends...from the sale to the service. Oh, and a shout-out to Claudia (who works with the cash-out service)... patient and a great sense of humor! Overall, a fabulous experience...as usual! More
