Honda service totally garbage service I recommend to my family friends nd make sure to don’t purchase any another vehicle from Honda I go for my first oilchange which they take around 4 hours only oil chan family friends nd make sure to don’t purchase any another vehicle from Honda I go for my first oilchange which they take around 4 hours only oil change and after my car apple play not work nd I try to setup its work around 2 week then I go back to service center nd overthere one desk men he said I check for u nd when he check he oversmartly said sir ur wire not original nd try with iPhone wire I tell him sir I try with everything nd I come from queens which is 14 miles from here nd he if it’s not work then ? He said u go another service center I mean its brand new 2025 sport hybrid nd I face so much trouble that’s xxxxxxxx More

Took my vehicle for an oil change got it back and the next day I noticed my splash shield was in the back. Took it back to them and they said I hit something but I never did. They did a temporary fix to next day I noticed my splash shield was in the back. Took it back to them and they said I hit something but I never did. They did a temporary fix to hold it in place. They called me and said they were going to check with the mechanic. I've haven't heard anything back about this. I've called them twice and left messages and still No one has gotten back to me. They told me to replace this parts it would cost over $300 not including labor but I found the same part on line from Honda for a little over $100 I will never buy another from this dealership. More
