Kudos to the awesome salesman. Gregory Andrews is a very, very kind and amiable manager. He treated all customer with utmost respect. He is actually one of the reasons I stayed with millennium Honda. ZERO stars! I had an 11:00 am appt for my Honda Civic 2017 with 49,000 miles. Airbag light randomly going on & off. Was told the wait would be 2~3 hours so I l I had an 11:00 am appt for my Honda Civic 2017 with 49,000 miles. Airbag light randomly going on & off. Was told the wait would be 2~3 hours so I left the car & went home. At 2:30 pm I was told they couldn’t figure out what was wrong & could I leave it overnight. I said no ‘cos I needed it. At 4:00 pm he called & said the problem was the main airbag in the steering wheel. Fix would be $3,000. I did not believe him. Paperwork said SIDE air bag inflator. Finally got the car @ 4:30 pm after waiting 20 minutes just to get it. Had to pay $240 for diagnostic. AND they added 3% for using a cc, but no sign about that. Never going back again, and never gonna buy a Honda again. More
