So happy I walked into BMW to buy a car and best of luck for me that I got Steven Lee as my Sales Rep. I was leaning towards a 4-door car that, don’t get me wrong, was beautiful. But Steven looked at me and said, I have a car better suited for you. He had a 2-door coupe brought from WPB and I melted. I love getting into this car every day. It’s 2-years layer and I still get many compliments. Anytime I have a question I pick up the phone and call Steven. He’s always available and helps me. Once the car was delivered, the actual purchase process was seamless and efficient with Steve guiding us through the documents.
