He went out of his way more times than I can remember to make the leasing process seem effortless (to me)When I experienced a small problem with the car (missing tire valve cover) he immediately brought me a replacement. My husband and I purchased a 2007 335i from Braman. The purchase was smooth and Steven Lee went above and beyond in customer service. After the purchase we started to have some problems with the car and purchase was smooth and Steven Lee went above and beyond in customer service. After the purchase we started to have some problems with the car and ended up being frustrated with the whole service end. The service manager at Jupiter was helpful and did his best with what was going on. I think alot is growing pains at their new Jupiter location and now believe it is being addressed. Once Steven Lee got back into the picture our concerns were addressed and we are happy to continue to do business with Braman Jupiter. It is important to us to feel that we can trust the people that service our car (which we happen to love despite a few issues) and I feel that they understand and strive to do this.
