Steven greeted us and was very personable and approachable. He asked us how we were and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was super knowledgeable about his vehicles and we never had the feeling of any pressure. He took us on test drives of a couple vehicles and went over what he thought were the strengths of each vehicle based on what we told him we were looking for that day. After my wife and I had gone back and forth we settled on a 2019 Rav4 Limited. Steven was professional, courteous and extremely efficient and informative with the purchasing process. He answered all of our questions and had them explore all the options to get us the best deal. We will only be shopping here from now on as we have almost always had Toyota and this was the most enjoyable and stress free purchase we have ever done.
