I grew up in Newberg. Was active in the community with Boy Scouts and am proud to say I'm an Eagle Scout. I've always loved to go out camping with my Fiance and our Australian Shepard. I got into sales during my time I worked at Fry's Electronics before coming to work at Wilsonville Toyota in 2013. I have a customer first approach and want to provide the easiest, best experience possible. I believe that we have the best process for providing just that with a simple pre negotiated best price practice and our 1 person process allows me to ensure that I'm personally providing you with a great experience from the beginning of the sale through to the end.

I would highly recommend Steven to help you find a vehicle! I went to Wilsonville Toyota, just to look at one vehicle and was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle. Steven met me by the door and was im vehicle! I went to Wilsonville Toyota, just to look at one vehicle and was in no hurry to purchase a vehicle. Steven met me by the door and was immediately on top of the situation! I test drove a Santa Fe but felt like I needed a 3rd seat and BAM! Steven had a Dodge Journey for me to try out. I’m more of a Toyota/Honda/Mitsubishi… person and told Steven that before I drove the Journey and by the time I got back, he had a Honda Pilot waiting for me. I loved the Honda and ended up getting that. All through the paperwork, Steven explained everything, kept me updated as to the paperwork, rules and regulations, loan and bank info. Any potential obstacle was smoothly checked and resolved immediately. I have never had such an easy, smooth and painless car buying experience. The only ‘not as great’ experience was I needed to pick up the Honda several days later as it had just arrived and needed to be cleaned and checked out. Steven contacted me on the day my new Honda was available to set up a pick up time. Steven told me that he would be out of work for several days and I could come in that day or the following weekend. I opted to pick the car up that evening as I was excited for my new vehicle. When I arrived, Steven had left unexpectedly and another associate would go over the Honda with me regarding any questions. I don’t remember his name. The associate who helped me was obviously not thrilled to be put in that position. I am a 50 yr old single mother of 4, with 3 still at home and my youngest is disabled. I also had my 76 yr old father with me who has driven Honda’s for years and was excited to see exactly what the Pilot offered. When I test drive it, it was very quick and I only got a quick idea of what was included so I had some questions when I picked it up. The sales associate answered some questions but quite a bit of the time, with somethings that may be obvious to the younger generation, would point out the question asked but in a way that made me and my father feel like we had asked a stupid question with an clear cut answer. It got to the point that I quit asking questions because of his veiled demeaning answers. I wouldn’t have asked the questions if I had any idea of the answers. We left quickly to get out of the situation. I am still figuring out some of the options - wether I have them or not and how they work if I do have them. Overall, Steven was great and I’m happy with my purchase but the interaction with the sales associate before I took possession of the Honda left a less than satisfied feeling at the end. More
