His service was above and beyond and I appreciated his time and availability for my questions. My service experience started off rocky, after only a week I had vibration at high speeds in my newly purchased used car. Jessica and Josh were understanding of my concerns and due to the dealership warranty I was able to get serviced covered. They also went above and beyond on getting me a loaner due with the extended time it would take to have it serviced. I appreciate the level of consistent friendly and understanding service across sales and service but also as a potential and current customer.
