Terrible customer service from the Biller/Title Clerk. They were supposed to hold my plates and front license plate mounting bracket for pickup when they came in. I received an email stating that the plates would be mailed. I responded to the email and called Beth Ritz. She was not helpful at all. When I explained what had been previously arranged, she became angry and said she was not there during the sale. She then hung up on me. The sales and financing processes were fine but my experience with the plates was extremely negative. I would not recommend this dealer based on my experience with Beth Ritz. More
