Steve took the time to explain the features and benefits, ensuring we understood what made this car a great choice. His enthusiasm for the vehicle was contagious, and we appreciated his patience as we asked numerous questions. What stood out most was how he listened to my needs and preferences, tailoring his recommendations accordingly. He didn't pressure me into making a quick decision, which made the experience stress-free. After taking the car for a test drive, we was sold on the performance and comfort it offered.
