Friendly and Down-to-Earth I wanted to write a quick review about my experience at Frankfort Toyota. I recently had been in the market to buy one of the new Tacoma's, and since I wanted to write a quick review about my experience at Frankfort Toyota. I recently had been in the market to buy one of the new Tacoma's, and since I work for Toyota I get a discount with a set price for what I pay. Since I knew it wouldn't necessarily matter which dealership I went to, I actually hadn't given it much thought. However, a friend from work told me about Frankfort Toyota, and also being a part of the Tacomaworld.com forums I had heard nothing but good things about their service. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this dealership. My salesperson, Steve Tewell, was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. I think we spent more time talking about life then we did about the purchase of the vehicle. Even though I can't speak to how well of a deal you might be able to get at this dealership, I can speak to the incredible amount of professionalism and customer service that they exude. After stopping by to check it out and make it sure it was still available, I met Steve Tewell who let me test drive and decide this was the vehicle I wanted. We returned to the dealership to finalize all the paperwork, This is where I was amazed. Steve got and the necessary papers together to show the bottom line. There was no haggling over any of the cost. Bill Gaines, the financial mgr.,had all papers laid out in order for me to sign one after the other. I haven't ever had any transaction move as smoothly and efficiently as this purchase. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional at all times. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking a car purchase to come here first, even if its out of your way. The treatment I received will make return for any car purchases.
