My salesman Steve Tewell could not have been more friendly or helpful, and he displayed none of the high-pressure sales tactics I've encountered at other dealerships. The showroom and service area were immaculate and everyone I met was professional and courteous. (They even have coffee and fresh cookies on hand for customers.) Just purchased my 18th Toyota! Was exploring the lot about 7:30PM one night, just before closing, when I encountered the first friendly smile in the form of Steve Tewell. Told him what I was looking for and he hustled over to Billy Gorth, who checked the incoming inventory, took a look at my trade, and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Upon finishing that deal, I told them I "might be interested" in a good, low mileage truck, too. Low and behold they just happened to have that vehicle as well, looked at my other trade, and made me another offer I couldn't refuse! Two vehicles... one brand new, and one late model used... in less than 48 hours! Best Toyota dealership in the area, and believe me, I've tried the others before... without success! I've already told several people at work, and a couple of family members about the fantastic treatment I received from this TEAM! (Even got to meet and visit with Mike Tewell for a few minutes!)
