Considering we recently dealt with a sales person who was nice at first but then rude near the end, which cost that guy a sale. we purchased a vehicle from Steve with pleasure. I can not express how pleasant this visit with him was. It was definately a change considering we went to Waterloo that morning to purchase a vehicle and decided the sales person there ruined that sale so we took our business to Hazelwood. Not only was Steve WONDERFUL but so was Terry Watkins who enlightened us on some knowledge we hadnt known about some things. It was also pleasant knowing i walked into an office complaining of how i had a bad experience with a seperate sales person and then found out later i was complaing to Tom Bommarito. He never once treated me unfair and i was greatful he listened to me vent about something that had nothing to do with him. IT WAS JUST A VERY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER and i believe from now on i have found my dealership for life. On my first visit, Steve was outside within a few short minutes of arriving on the lot. There was no pressure to buy right away, as I had explained my situation with a recent wreck and I was just looking minutes of arriving on the lot. He didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want, but still made sure I knew the options I had open to me with the car I chose. This was my best experience yet at any dealership when buying a new car and I purchase a new vehicle every 2 years due to the high miles I drive. In the past purchasing a vehicle has been an all day event, mostly sitting in the dealership waiting for some other department to finish their step in the process. At Bommmarito Ford, my husband and I went in, met with Steve Nodiff, our sales person, he gave us the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and we went for a drive. When we returned, he had our trade-in vehicle processed, he and the finance rep worked together to get all paperwork completed and we were on our way in our new 2012 Ford Escape in less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Their teamwork was the key to getting us in an out as soon as possible.
