It was a pleasure working with Steve Mills at D&M. I spoke with him on initial contact and he informed me of the leasing process, and how easy it was to work with D&M. I let him know what vehicle I was interested in and within 2 hours he had found the exact vehicle with all the options I wanted. Steve Mills is absolutely amazing and is a breath of fresh air in the car sales industry. My husband and I were wanting to surprise our daughter with a car and had been searching and dealing with car sa fresh air in the car sales industry. My husband and I were wanting to surprise our daughter with a car and had been searching and dealing with car salesman for weeks before connecting with Steve. We had a specific type of car in mind, with an even more specific budget. Everyone before Steve either tried to shift us to another car despite our admittance of the the car we wanted or completely dismissed us. My husband then connected with Steve. He explained what we were looking for and the budget. Steve took the time to explain the process to my husband and even the make sure too cover the you have "thought about details". He set up call back times with my husband followed through. 48 hours later he found THE CAR!! It had everything (including the black rims that our daughter was in love with) and more!! He did what no one else could or would do. He sent us the pictures, we signed everything electronically and even got us a BOW for the car!! I felt like we were a Christmas car commercial. Steve is absolutely amazing and really wants his clients to be happy. My husband was so stressed trying to make this happen for our daughter until Steve stepped in and took over. We have purchased from "luxury" dealerships and while they were a good experience (and yes, we even reached out to them to help in our quest) this by far was the most AMAZING experience ever.
