My car broke down in Pryor, Oklahoma while I was headed to Texas. Pryor Chevrolet GMC was able to squeeze me in to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. They advocated for me to get some of my repair co to Texas. Pryor Chevrolet GMC was able to squeeze me in to find out what was wrong with my vehicle. They advocated for me to get some of my repair covered under warranty and a portion of the repair was covered. I appreciate everything Pryor Chevrolet GMC did to get my vehicle repaired and get me back on the road to Texas. The staff was courteous, professional, honest, and genuine. I couldn’t ask for a better dealership to make the necessary repairs. I only wish I’d bought my vehicle from them! More

Horrible experience I got a car from them with in the first two days left me and my family stranded not once but twice they come and got it sat there for two weeks for a not related issue to why it came first two days left me and my family stranded not once but twice they come and got it sat there for two weeks for a not related issue to why it came in then told me nothing was wrong with the car had no explanation for why the car left us stranded and still did not fix the minor things wrong like Under glow and drivers side floor mat and still to this day haven’t got a floor mat go to leave dealership and within seconds lights pop up on the dash saying the hood won’t stay shut so they take it back once again 3-4 days go by they bring it to me with the minor things still not fixed after me complaining to a manager still nothing and an error: start/stop on the screen so I complain aging and they take it back couple more days go by I have to go get the car then 4 days later the car leaves me stranded again call the manager saying they need to make this right I should be compensated or something and the manager brushes it of and says I had the car for a “week” and something is just now happening I’m so disgusted on how I have been treated in this whole experience they have acted likes it’s no big deal completely disgusted with this company customer service More
