long day at hyundai dealer besides the fact that it took 6 hours to get out of the dealer, everything was perfect. I didn't mind waiting because it was end of month and weekend. besides the fact that it took 6 hours to get out of the dealer, everything was perfect. review Steve, 1 guy in finance (the one that helped me) was nice, the receptionists were nice. everyone else looks through you, no greeting, when I tried to Steve, 1 guy in finance (the one that helped me) was nice, the receptionists were nice. everyone else looks through you, no greeting, when I tried to get approved for a lease, I was declined, then the finance guy actually put effort to get me approved for a lease and he was successful. others didn't want to work hard I guess. Nice salesman and man of his word Buying a car can be scary but if you do a little research beforehand, you can get a good deal. My friend and I bought a new car from him, with a great deal and have no regrets. i would recommend Steve to anyone else looking for a great hyundai. More

Unprofessional The whole time I was at the dealership, I thought everything for my new Hyundai was being taken care of by my sales person, Steve. I was very excited The whole time I was at the dealership, I thought everything for my new Hyundai was being taken care of by my sales person, Steve. I was very excited to drive off with my new car, however little did I know I was driving an uninsured car. I purchased my car on a Saturday which meant that my car insurance offices were closed, however I ASSUMED that my sales person was going to get in touch with my insurance company's 24 hour hotline to insure my brand new car. When I was given the car, I was never told that I was leaving with an uninsured car which I believe is very UNPROFESSIONAL and could have gotten me into serious trouble. I found out about the matter when I got in touch with my insurance guy that Monday, which means I had been driving my uninsured car for the whole weekend. Honestly, I didn't have a pleasant experience and I could tell my sales person was only interested in making the quick commission and getting good reviews on the survey (he repeatedly kept pushing me to fill out the survey) More
