Everything went smoothly. We arrived a bit early, the vehicle we were interested in was right up front, so we actually got to see it before we spoke with the salesman. It was clean and not crowded. The paper work was done in an efficient manner and we were on our way in good time. We are having some changes done to the vehicle, which has yet to be scheduled through the service department, but that also is contingent on the availability of parts. Over all, it was less stressful than I expected. More
