However, your finance person, Matt Cambell, was rude, insulting and someone I will recommend customers avoid at all costs! In trying to sell us an extended warranty, he criticized Toyota cars much more than necessary. He did a poor job trying to sell this extended warranty, was confusing, at best, and I assume he is new to this job. More
