What a great experience we had with Genesis of Ballwin, Mo! It started with GM Matt Kuhn, then New Car Sales Mgr Steve Harper and ended with super Sales Representative Ben Bizzle! I had been waiting for a Genesis GV80 for 14 months from another dealership in Kansas MO. when I was told of the Dean Team. They were friendly, honest and more than helpful in finding the exact car I’d been wanting! When we came to pick it up we were treated better than family! The sales mgr., Steve, even delayed his previous commitment to be there to meet us before he left. Our sales rep Ben was the best! He took all the time we needed to explain the details and made the tedious paperwork seem simple. Ben was knowledgeable and was very patient in “schooling” us on all the features of this amazing car! He has been in the business for many years and his success is not surprising! Needless to say we are very pleased with our experience at Genesis of Ballwin, Mo.
