Having dealt with with this delaer many times in the past, I have come to expect excellent service. What was unique about this experience, was that the dealer knew I was unhappy with a vehicle I had pur past, I have come to expect excellent service. What was unique about this experience, was that the dealer knew I was unhappy with a vehicle I had purchased from another manufacturer (Jeep)and they contacted me and offered to do their best to trade me out of that vehicle and into a new Ford. Not only were they successful in getting me out of that Jeep and the long term finance plan, but they actually LOWERED my payment and shortered my term to a 36 month lease instead of a 72 month purchase. The best part is my new Ford Edge is absolutely loaded with features and is so much more comfortable. I don't know if "Completely Satisfied" can truly describe how happy I am with this experience.
