Steven, on the other hand, was visibly honest, and answered my questions accurately. For example, I asked him how much longer I have on the timing belt and if they check my timing belt at the time of oil change, Steven said there is no way to tell, as looking at timing belt involves going deep that they typically do not do unless really necessary, and certainly not for oil change. And that, if at all they take pains to go that deep, they may as well replace the timing belt. On the other hand, the earlier guy called me during an oil change and said my timing belt needs to be replaced. How would he have known? I am sure he did not go deep for free. More

Great service.. and expensive They took me without appointment, needed an inspection and oil change; they suggested alignment and tire rotation too .. but no discount or match of o They took me without appointment, needed an inspection and oil change; they suggested alignment and tire rotation too .. but no discount or match of other dealership offers. Very good work, truck cleaned, but still disappointed by lack of price discussion; will have to rethink next visit of this continues. More
