Absolutely horrible service experience I went to S&E for the inspection sticker on my wife's Jeep - I've been a customer of S&E for more than 20 years. Although the car was only 2 years ol I went to S&E for the inspection sticker on my wife's Jeep - I've been a customer of S&E for more than 20 years. Although the car was only 2 years old, it failed inspection due to a check engine warning light. I was told that all I needed to do was get the issue resolved, and I could bring the car back and a valid sticker would be provided. My dealer fixed the issue, and two months later I finally brought the car back to S&E to get the valid sticker. I was told, AFTER the work was done, that I now needed to pay them an additional $35 for the new sticker. Apparently, or so I'm now told for the first time, there's a 60 day window on the temp sticker.... Understand, I had run over to get the sticker without even taking my wallet - after all I was told it would be a quick and easy free swap.... After explaining the situation, and what I was told when I had originally brought the car in, the technician (who was really quite understanding) reappeared with the Sales Mgr. from the showroom. To put it bluntly, he was rude, completely condescending, and told me that I had to come up with the money or he would not give me my registration back. Literally - he REFUSED to give me my registration! Sound like theft?!?!? This jerk made me drive his technician back to my house to get payment, and drive him back to the dealership, before he would give me my registration back!!! If that's the type of dealership you want to do business with then have it it... For me, S&S has lost my business. What a crappy experience. More

A few days after the sale Chris helped me get some nice rubber floor mats for free, as the car being used didn't come with any. As well as providing a free inspection. These guys really go the extra mile to provide you with a pleasant car buying experience, making sure the customer leaves with a smile on their face. Before I had finished the paperwork with Chris, Steve had made sure that my new to me car was nice and cold with the A/C blasting and even helped me pair my phone (via bluetooth) to the car before leaving the lot. A++ service that will keep me coming back! More
