Stephen Lopes in the Service department was an absolute
pleasure to work with. When I called the service department he was very accommodating and even reserved a loaner car for me on a short notice. Not on

Not only did he address my Service B and transmission request that had to be done, he also ensured that the technicians carefully reviewed my car for other issues. An RF spring issue was a little loose, in which he fixed without question and billed it under my CPO warranty. He was courteous and nothing short of fantastic. After a long relationship with other Mercedes Dealerships in the area, I will 100% be only going to this Mercedes dealership in the future.
