Simply put, my experience with Mercedes of Boston went above and beyond what I would ever have expected from a dealership because they treated me like a genuine member of their family, even though I was o above and beyond what I would ever have expected from a dealership because they treated me like a genuine member of their family, even though I was only in the market for one of their entry-level vehicles. We would like to personally thank Stephen, AJ, and Paolo for the amazing hands-on yet socially distanced and safe experience, it was certainly a memorable one we won't forget and we are excited to return again in the future. My boyfriend and I recently stopped by on a whim the other day to see the smaller SUV options, namely the GLA GLB and GLC models. I had been driving a jeep for a while and my car enthusiast boyfriend convinced me to take a look. When we arrived, I had no strong intent to get car because we really hadn't put much thought into upgrading our daily driver nor did we really think we could make it work for us at the current time. As I imagine many out there feel before their experience at Mercedes of Boston, I was very afraid they were going to be snobby because I have never owned a luxury car. However, they immediately routed us to a salesmen and we were able to safely examine and test drive different variants of the vehicle we were interested in, which allowed us to settle on the GLB 250. My bf and I are quite picky with the features we want in a car, as potential customers should be. We knew which features and car add-ons were non-negotiable in a new car. After we worked to determine the model we wanted, we quite literally walked through every vehicle they had in stock until we found the perfect one for us. While we certainly want to see how the GLB performs over time, we are in awe of its compact shape, interior space, unmatched technology, and zippy performance. My bf is intimately knowledgeable with many of the cars available in the market at all price points, and even for him, the MBUX technology is second to none and the performance, value, and experience of the GLB 250 is amazing for the price, even for an enthusiast. Of course, its one thing to like a well-engineered product, we were certainly convinced of that, but it's another thing to come to terms on a deal that would work for us at this point in our lives. The entire team worked with us throughout the experience to understand our situation and put us in the best car for us at this current time. We spent a long time there, and we felt welcomed the entire time. My bf was walked through the AMG room and shown exciting vehicles to be released in the future. Moreover, I was given my car in a big red bow by surprise liked I always wanted. Needless to say we are satisfied members of the Mercedes-Benz family. Thank you all involved in this amazing experience. More

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The dealership was spotless, all sales personnel were wearing masks and there was plenty of hand sanitizer. I found the car I wanted to buy online. Steve L was great, he was helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. The finance part of the experience took about 10 minutes, no pressure, no sales gimmicks about buying a warranty, no stress at all. The car had a few scratches on the bumper and a couple of tears on the driver's side pillar, both of these issues were fixed at no cost to me, the car was spotless when I picked it up. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and when I am ready to buy again I would go back to any Herb Chambers dealership, the service is excellent. More
