Vehicle had not been touched in the 7 days it was there. They corrected the noise in back door while I waited. My cruise control issue was blown off as "normal" although I have never owned a vehicle where the cruise control need to have the brake pedal depressed so much to disengage. Usually, a slight tap releases it. Service writer was very pleasant. I spoke to service manager about the inability to get the facility on the phone. He was not aware of it and began addressing it right away. S.M. was very friendly. More

I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler for an oil change on 4/18/2022 and due to the negligence from a service technician my engine blew out the next day. I have been trying to resolve the issue with the service manager who admitted the mistake and despite visits to the dealer, emails, and phone calls they have not resolved the issue. I am very disappointed with the lack of urgency, customer service, and service of this dealer’s service department and staff. I am frustrated and tried to resolve this matter amicably, however, I don’t know how this will get resolved since has been two weeks now since it’s terrible mishap occurred. I don’t trust that the dealer or it’s management has the customers best interest. I would like to speak to the general manager or someone with the authority and interest to resolve this matter. More
