Stephanie was wonderfully through giving us many details about the models we were looking at. I test drove a 2011 Santa Fe and really liked the way it handled and the way I fit in the car. My Veloster purchase was a very enjoyable experience. I came with a specific model in mind and Stephanie did not try to sell me anything more than I wanted. I've never had a better experience at a car dealership, honestly. Stephanie was so nice, knowledgable and addressed all of my concerns. I was especially impressed by Stephanie's diligence in finding for us our first color choice. I gave two color options, and she probably could have found our second choice in time to credit the sales tot finding for us our first color choice. I gave two color options, and she probably could have found our second choice in time to credit the sales totals for 2011. But she got the right car for us without regard to the accounting. I was also impressed that the dealership was willing to give us special rate financing, even though we didn't take possession of the vehicle until after the time had expired. And I was very satisfied that they worked with us through the process of obtaining a replacement title for our trade-in. I have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers. More
