Well I have had really excellent service from Phil Long in the past. I bought my Subaru there in 2020 and had a great experience, I’ve done all my service there over these past years with much satisfaction in the past. I bought my Subaru there in 2020 and had a great experience, I’ve done all my service there over these past years with much satisfaction, however something has changed since they’ve started using AI for scheduling and phone calls.
