This is absolutely the biggest joke of a dealership I have ever seen! First of these people for the most part can’t even speak English! They could care less about you as a customer no matter the amount have ever seen! First of these people for the most part can’t even speak English! They could care less about you as a customer no matter the amount ofyou are going to spend with them! They think they rule the world!!!!! They are arrogant, rude, disrespectful, non caring, bullies!!!! They speak to you like you are a piece of trash, like you know nothing at all even though you have to explain how things are supposed to legally be handled! I guess legally is what makes them nervous and starts the nasty attitudes!!!!!! They never return phone calls (no one in the dealership does), they think you are stupid enough to give them almost $100,000.00 before they will even show you a clear title or work up a contract!!! What kind of FOOL WOULD EVER DO THAT???? Can you say SCAMMER????!!!!!! I have never seen such a dishonest place to do business with in all of my life!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! SPOKE TO EVERY MANAGER THERE AND THEY WETE ALL RUDE AS xxxx AND TALK TO US LIKE WE OWED THEM SOMETHING AND LIKE WE WERE STUPID AS xxxx!! Sorry for the ugly words but I don’t have to buy from them and there are other places that have vehicles!! If people would just STOP BUYING FROM THEM OR EVEN VISITING THEM THEY WILL START TREATING PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND BEING MORE HONEST ABOUT THEIR DEALS!!!!! Come on man you people are wrong and you know it!!!! More

I live in Calabasas, but I drive past Calabasas Mercedes to go to Mercedes Benz of Encino. I own several Mercedes vehicles (always have) and I take them all to Encino for service. It just doesn't get bett to go to Mercedes Benz of Encino. I own several Mercedes vehicles (always have) and I take them all to Encino for service. It just doesn't get better than my service advisor Phil Fox when it comes to taking care of all my service needs. I recently purchased another E550 (black on black...beautiful!), Stephan Jarvis sold me the car and he is a Class Act. I'm sure I'll be talking to him again real soon about the next addition to my collection. More
