This is the first time we are considering buying a Subaru car. We bought a new Crosstrek from Falcone in June 2022 for our youngest daughter. The salesman Steffon Young greeted us kindly and he spoke fran car. We bought a new Crosstrek from Falcone in June 2022 for our youngest daughter. We like it and like it so much that we bought another new 2023 Forester Sport in February for the older daughter. Both girls love their cars and they're having fun in the sun. Falcone (and Steffon with the Subaru side) helped me reserve the exact Subaru trim I was looking for. Steffon was able to read his incoming inventory list with complete accuracy compared to the Honda de reserve the exact Subaru trim I was looking for. Steffon kept in contact until my vehicle arrived. He taught me every button on my car, helped me set up my phone to connect, and how to setup all 3 dashboard display preferences. Falcone Automotive also offers a follow up appointment with Betsy as in-person or Zoom to re-teach how my new vehicle works because a customer can't possibly retain all of it at once. They leave a pen and notepad in the glove box to write down questions. I read reviews about the Subaru motion headlights leave a shadow between the lights. They told me to keep my fog lights on to fill in that shadow. It's a 100% solution and the motion headlights are awesome for turns. I can see so much better than my Kia's headlights! My sister traded her Subaru after years in partly because of the motion headlights. Had I bought at Falcone before that, I could have taught her. I've owned 5 cars before this and I have never had a dealership teach me how to use my car. My sister now owns an Acura for 6 months and just now learned she has automatic highbeams. I bet she doesn't know how to turn the automatic option off like I do. I didn't intend to buy near downtown because other Subaru dealerships are more convenient. I'm glad I did though. Falcone Automotive has other dealership customers come to them to teach them how to use their vehicle if that says anything. I could have bought a car online or even from a machine, but Falcone reinforces the advantage of a human experience. I have not used their service department yet. I can only say their service department waiting room is not bursting at the seam like every time I go to Kia for my other car. Actually, they had zero customers waiting on both visits. I hope this means that my Subaru will be more reliable than is my Kia. More

The team at Falcone did an amazing job at explaining to a first-time Subaru buyer the differences in models and trim levels. When looking at Subaru's and/or Volkswagen's, no other dealership compares. Falcone has always been fair, honest, and makes a good deal. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Falcone.
