Went in early October to pre-order a BRZ. I worked with Steffon Young through the while process and he was brilliant. Made sure any questions I had were answered and if he didn’t know he found the answer. Steffon Young through the while process and he was brilliant. Pre-delivery I also worked with Tony from the service center who did excellent work to order winter tires and installed them and updated me consistently with when they ordered them, when they arrived, and when they were installed onto the vehicle. During delivery and financing I again worked with Steffon who came in on his day off to finish the sale and made sure I was happy. The finance manager Jon Wilson walked me through every single step and paper I needed to sign in depth. There was no pushing towards extended warranties and made sure that if you didn’t want one, you wouldn’t see one. Great group of people here, highly recommend seeing them. More

Steffon Young provided excellent service from our initial phone call to our drive off the lot in our new Subaru Ascent. He listened attentively and answered every question completely. Being from Lafayette you would think that I would go to Rohrman's for my Subaru's. I chose Falcone, and I'm glad I did. First rate dealership with very down to earth associates.
